As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE PILOT DURING A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW STATED THAT HE WAS ON A VFR FLIGHT PLAN FROM RENO, NEVADA TO KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON IN HIS BEECH BONANZA. DUE TO CIRCUMNAVIGATING THUNDER STORMS, HE MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING FOR FUEL AT FALL RIVER MILLS, CALIFORNIA. THE AIRPORT OPERATOR AT FALL RIVER MILLS STATED THAT HE REFUELED THE BEECH BONANZA WITH 61.9 GALLONS OF 100LL AVIATION FUEL. THE BEECH P MODEL BONANZA HOLDS 80 TOTAL GALLONS OF FUEL. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH NO FURTHER ACTION BEING TAKEN.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
