## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON OCTOBER 8, 1996, AT 8:20 A.M., A BEECHCRAFT 58 AIRCRAFT, N3673R, RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE WHILE LANDING ON A PRIVATE GRASS AIRPORT AT OAK RIDGE, LOUISIANA. THE AIRCRAFT IS OWNED BY FLEEMAN AVIATION AND WAS OPERATED BY LEGACY AVIATION IN MONROE, LOUISIANA. THE PILOT LANDED LEFT ON THE RUNWAY IN THE GRASS, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK RUNWAY LIGHTS, DAMAGING THE LANDING GEAR AND FINALLY COLLAPSING THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR. BOTH PROPELLERS STRUCK THE GROUND AND WERE BENT. THE SOLO PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
