## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: PILOT STATED HE DEPARTED KREMLING, COLORADO APPROXIMATELY 21/2 HOURS EARLIER IN VFR CONDITIONS. BEFORE DEPARTURE AIRCRAFT WAS COMPLETELY SERVICED AND THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF ANY FLUID LEAKS. FLIGHT WAS NORMAL UNTIL 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAKE MEAD. THE PILOT STATED HE NOTICED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE FLUCTUATION. SHORTLY THEREAFTER THERE WAS TOTAL LOSS OF SYSTEM PRESSURE INCLUDING EMERGENCY SYSTEM. HE NOTIFIED LAS VEGAS APPROACH AND ADVISED THEM OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE LOSS. HE WAS VECTORED TO RUNWAY 30. HE TOUCHED DOWN NEAR THRESHOLD, ROLLED TO END OF RUNWAY PAST END INTO DIRT. WHILE ROLLING AN OVERRUN THE AIRCRAFT WENT OVER A SMALL DITCH AT WHICH TIME THE NOSE FOLDED AND THE NOSE DROPPED AND SKIDDED TO A STOP. NO INJURIES ON BOARD AND MINOR DAMAGE TO FUSELAGE. NO NMAC OR PILOT DEVIATION REPORT FILED. THIS REPORT AND INVESTIGATION ARE CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
