## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION BY THIS OFFICE APPROXIMATELY A WEEK AFTER THE MISHAP OCCURRED DUE TO LATE NOTIFICATION. SEVERAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE AIRCRAFT WERE TAKEN FROM VARIOUS POINTS. THE PHOTOGRAPHS CLEARLY SHOW DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE HARD LANDING. DAMAGE INCLUDED THE LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN TIRES WHICH WERE BLOWN ON IMPACT WITH THE RUNWAY. THE RIGHT PROPELLER MADE CONTACT WITH THE RUNWAY SURFACE AND WAS DAMAGED. ADDITIONAL DAMAGE WAS APPARENT UNDER THE WINGS AND FUSELAGE. INSPECTION OF THE WING AND TAIL BOOT DE-ICE SYSTEM WILL BE CONDUCTED ON THE AIRPLANE IN THE NEAR FUTURE TO CHECK FOR SYSTEM INTEGRITY. SUBMISSION OF THIS REPORT CLOSES THIS INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
