## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AS THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED ACROSS A SLUMPED AREA IN THE RAMP AT 39A, PROP TIPS CONTACTED PAVEMENT SLIGHTLY. (SLUMPED AREA RUNS ACROSS RAMP, AND IS APPROXIMATELY 6 INCHES DEEP, AS IF SUPPORT HAS BEEN WASHED OUT FROM UNDER RAMP PAVEMENT). THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS WERE TAKEN TO PREVENT RECURRENCE: 1.	EXPRESSED NEED TO REPAIR RAMP WITH THE MANAGER OF 39A. 2	CONTACTED JOHN KNIGHT, DIRECTOR OF ARKANSAS DEPT. OF AERONAUTICS,AND INFORMED HIM OF THE CONDITION OF 39A, WHICH IS AN UNFUNDED PRIVATE AIRPORT IN RECEIVERSHIP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
