## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: RIGHT WINGTIP OF AIRCRAFT WAS DAMAGED WHEN N212SW STRUCK A FUEL TRUCK WHILE TAXIING TO GATE AFTER A FLIGHT FROM SUN TO SLC. THE FLIGHT CREW WAS NOT AWARE OF THE DAMAGE OR THE COLLISION UNTIL PRESENTED THE PART THAT BROKE OFF. THE SLC AIRPORT DETERMINED THAT THE FUEL TRUCK WAS PARKED TOO CLOSE TO THE TAXI LINES IN THE RAMP AREA AND WILL TAKE ACTION TO INSURE THAT VEHICLES ARE NOT PARKED IN THAT AREA IN THE FUTURE. TOTAL DAMAGE COST IS $3593.87. NO FURTHER ACTION IS ANTICIPATED. THIS INVESTIGATION IS CLOSED. NAF-NOT A FACTOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
