NARRATIVE: N171TS DEPARTED BDR TO LIMA, OHIO (AOH) VIA BRIDGEHAVEN 5 DEPARTURE DIRECT ELIOT INTERSECTION AT 15,000 FEET. THE AIRCRAFT USING OMEGA TURNED SOUTHWEST INSTEAD OF WEST-NORTHWEST AND LOST SEPARATION WITH DELTA FLIGHT 1757, A B-727 AT 15,000 FT. N171TS REALIZING THE WRONG INFORMATION FROM OMEGA REQUESTED DIRECT TO ETX AND THEN DIRECT TO ELIOT.
