## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON JANUARY 24, 1997, MR. RICHARD A. FARR, PILOT IN COMMAND OF N4552S, A BEECH F33A ON A FLIGHT FROM ORLANDO, FL TO VERO BEACH, FL AT 1846 LOCAL N4552S WAS GIVEN CLEARANCE TO LAND ON RUNWAY 11R AT VERO BEACH FL MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED GEAR UP ON RUNWAY 11R. MR. FARR INDICATED TO THE CONTROL TOWER THAT HE FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN PRIOR TO LANDING. DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS MINOR. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT OR PERSONS ON THE GROUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
