## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: PILOT INDICATED THAT AFTER LANDING HE HAD NO BRAKING DUE TO ICE ON THE RUNWAY. CONFIRMED FROM INTERVIEWS AND OTHER REPORTS THAT THERE WAS A COAT OF ICE IN AREA AT TIME OF LANDING. THE LENGTH OF RUNWAY (4621) AND LACK OF REVERSERS PREVENTED A GO-AROUND. THE AIRCRAFT SLID OFF THE RUNWAY INTO A DITCH AND THEN UP ONTO A TAXIWAY NEAR THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND LOWER STRUT WITH WHEEL WERE BROKEN OFF. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
