## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON APPROACH TO RUNWAY 18 AT LIT, THE PILOT PUT THE GEAR HANDLE DOWN. ABOUT 15 SECONDS LATER THE PILOT NOTICED HE DID NOT HAVE THREE GREEN GEAR DOWN LIGHTS. AT THAT VERY SAME TIME THE TOWER ADVISED HIM HE DID NOT HAVE HIS GEAR DOWN. THE PILOT MADE A COUPLE MORE ATTEMPTS TO LOWER THE GEAR BUT FAILED. THE AIRCRAFT MADE A GO-AROUND. THE PILOT MANUALLY PUMPED THE GEAR DOWN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND A BAD GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH. M OR D SUBMITTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
