THE FLIGHT CREW RETURNED TO OMAHA AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. MAINTENANCE INVESTIGATION REVEALED A FAILED FUEL CONTROLLER, MFG. P/N 378200, WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED. A GROUND POWER ASSURANCE RUN WAS CONDUCTED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. AN SDR IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO ACE-FSDO-05. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
