NARRATIVE: ON FEBRUARY 2, 1997, A PIPER PA-24-260, N89325, OWNED BY WARREN SPIKES DURING LANDING THE PILOT/OWNER, FORGOT TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. THE BOTTOM OF THE FUSELAGE AND THE PROPELLER WERE DAMAGED.
