## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON FEBRUARY 18, 1997, AT APPROXIMATELY 0830 MST, A PIPER PA32-300, N15316, PILOTED BY DAVE A SIGNORELLI, WHILE TAXIING INTO THE RAMP AREA AT PHOENIX SKY HARBOR AIRPORT, PHOENIX, AZ, STRUCK A CARGO CONTAINER. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE PILOT REPORTED NO INJURIES. ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, HE WAS MANEUVERING BETWEEN TWO OTHER AIRCRAFT WHEN HE INADVERTENTLY HIT A CARGO CONTAINER WITH THE LEFT WING TIP. THIS REPORT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
