## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AN INTERVIEW WITH MR. ANDREA ROSSI ON 03/06/97 REVEALED THAT HE WAS TAXIING OUT ON HIS FAR 135.297 EVALUATION WHEN THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED. MR. ROSSI OCCUPIED THE LEFT SEAT, AND INSPECTOR PARK, WHO WAS CONDUCTING THE FAR 135.297 EVALUATION OCCUPIED THE RIGHT SEAT. AFTER TAKING A LEFT TURN OUT OF THE CHOCKS, THE PIC CLEARED HIS AIRCRAFT FROM THE FIRST OF TWO AIRCRAFT ON THE LEFT SIDE. INSPECTOR PARK THEN INFORMED MR. ROSSI THAT THEIR AIRCRAFT WAS CLEAR OF OBSTACLES ON THE RIGHT SIDE. MR. ROSSI MOMENTARILY LOOKED AT THE RIGHT WING TIP, AND ALLOWED THE LEFT WINGTIP TO CONNECT THE PROP SPINNER OF THE 2ND AIRCRAFT PARKED ON THE LEFT. VERY MINOR DAMAGE OCCURRED TO THE PROP SPINNER AND THE WING TIP OF THE TAXIING AIRCRAFT. NO FURTHER ACTION ON THIS INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
