## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON FEBRUARY 26, 1997, A COMPANY TRAINING FLIGHT WAS BEING CONDUCTED FROM L15 TO GCN. DURING THE TRAINING PILOT WAS PERFORMING TOUCH AND GO'S. PILOT REPORTED NORMAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 21 AND THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN HE REACHED TO RETRACT FLAPS AND BY MISTAKE RAISED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE, CAUSING THE LANDING GEAR TO RETRACT, SKIDDING TO REST ON THE RUNWAY. NO NMAC OR PILOT DEVIATION. THIS REPORT AND INVESTIGATION ARE CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
