## Narrative

NARRATIVE: ON DEPARTURE FROM DALLAS/FORT WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AEROMEXPRESS FLIGHT 9501 LOST THE #3 MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE & WHEEL ASSY AT APPROX 50' AGL. ALL RECOVERED RELEVANT PARTS HAVE BEEN RETAINED BY THE NTSB AND SHIPPED TO THE BOEING AIRCRAFT CO, SEATTLE, WA FOR METALURGICAL EXAMINATION. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED
