NARRATIVE: AIRCRAFT DEPARTED CHARLOTTE, NC, ON NORMAL FLIGHT. AFTER TAKEOFF, #2 ENGINE HAD AN UNSCHEDULED PROPELLER FEATHER. CREW SHUTDOWN ENGINE, NOTIFIED ATC, AND RETURNED TO LAND WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
