NARRATIVE: PILOT INADVERTANTLY ENTERED EDGE OF CLASS B AIRSPACE UNDER VFR CONDITIONS. PILOT BELIEVED HE WAS ON OUTER EDGE OF CLASS B AIRSPACE AND UNDER CONTROLLING GUIDANCE WHEN REQUESTED TO CONTACT CLEVELAND APPROACH.
