NARRATIVE: UPON TAXI #10 SLAT (LEADING EDGE) STRUCK TREE LINE ALONG TAXI WAY AND SUFFERED WRINKLE DAMAGE OF 2 X 1 1/4" X 1/8" DIMENSION. ALSO BROKE OFF 2X1 INCH SECTION OF REAR FILLER SECTION. ACCOMPLISHED DYE PENETRANT INSPECTION AND APPLIED SPEED TAPE TO LEADING EDGE.
