## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: KLM FLIGHT 662'S RIGHT WINGTIP MADE CONTACT WITH THE LEFT WINGTIP OF AN AIR FRANCE B-767 IN THE RUN UP AREA OF R14L AT IAH. RUNUP AREA OF 14L IS MARGINAL FOR TWO JUMBO'S. NO FUEL SPILL. BOTH AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE. NTSB, NEW YORK IFO SUPERVISOR AND ASW-201 NOTIFIED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
