## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: LOCAL FLIGHT AND UPON LANDING, PILOT LOWERED THE GEAR AND DID NOT GET ANY GREEN LIGHTS. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, THE PILOT USED THE EMERGENCY EXTENSION AND THE GEAR LOWERED AND PILOT LANDED. UPON ROLL OUT, THE RIGHT GEAR FOLDED UNDER AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE GRASS. DAMAGE TO RIGHT FLAP AND RIGHT GEAR DOOR. CAUSE OF GEAR FAILURE - GEAR MOTOR RELAY, P/N KHPICAL, CAME LOOSE IN THE SOCKET.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
