## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT ATTEMPTED A GO AROUND WHEN IT LOST POWER AND STRUCK A TREE. (.4)THE PILOT KEPT THE AIRPLANE'S ALTITUDE HIGH ON FINAL APPROACH AT NIGHT DUE TO TREES AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY. WHEN THE AIRPLANE TOUCHED DOWN, HE COULD SEE THAT IT WAS APPROACHING THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. AT THAT POINT, THE PILOT INITIATED AN ABORTED LANDING; HOWEVER, THE AIRPLANE IMPACTED TREES OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. (-23) THE PILOT OF N625EE, CHARLES D. HUNT, DURING A GO-AROUND USING RUNWAY 36, IMPACTED A TREE BEYOND THE END OF THE RUNWAY AND CRASHED.
