## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION IS POINTING TOWARDS THE POSSIBILITY OF THE AIRCRAFT BEING LOADED AFT OF CG LIMITS. ANOTHER AREA OF CONCERN IS THE UNEVEN SPOOLUP OF THE ENGINES DURING THE GO AROUND. THE CARGO CONTAINERS WERE NOT WEIGHED PRIOR TO TRANSHIPPMENT. WE WERE UNABLE TO ESTABLISH FACTUAL INFORMATION THAT THE CG WAS AFT OF LIMITS. THIS THEORY IS SUPPORTED BY ANALYSIS OF THE FLIGHT DATA RECORDER. TESTS CONDUCTED ON THE THRUST REVERSERS AFTER THE ACCIDENT DISCLOSED THAT THE #1 THRUST REVERSER (INBOARD SEGMENT) DOES NOT PROPERLY STOW WHEN COMING OUT OF REVERSE. N/O=DATA NOT OBTAINED (FOREIGN AIR CARRIER)

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
