LATTERELL WENT BACK TO THE COCKPIT AND TURNED THE IGNITION ON WHILE LEAVING THE THROTTLE FULL OPEN. N84714 STARTED ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT AND WENT TO FULL POWER. WHILE MR. LATTERELL WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE THE THROTTLE, THE AIRCRAFT TURNED AND TAXIED UNDER ITS OWN POWER INTO ANOTHER AIRCRAFT BE-24 N60021. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
