## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: N3651T HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A RESERVED "N" NUMBER TO THE DOT/FAA WASH. D.C., SINCE 1974. THIS INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED VIA "OKC" AIRCRAFT REGISTRY, ALSO, WITH "OKC"-710. THIS "N" NUMBER IS NOT BEING UTILIZED BY ANY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, ACCORDING TO CIVIL AVN. SECURITY (AMC-710). ALSO, NOT UTILIZED BY HANGAR "6" OR AT THE ATLANTIC CITY, NJ TECHNICAL CENTER. UNABLE TO IDENTIFY AIRCRAFT AND PILOT. FAR 91.130 (C)(I) OPERATIONS IN CLASS C AIRSPACE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
