THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED TOLEDO EXPRESS AIRPORT, TOLEDO OHIO, ENROUTE TO WILLOW RUN AIRPORT, 50 MILES TO THE NORTH. WITNESS SAW THE VAPOR TRAILING THE AIRCRAFT WHEN IT WAS DEPARTING THE AIRPORT AREA.
