NARRATIVE: ON SEPTEMBER 13, 1997 AT 1630 EDT, MR. SEAN M. CRITELLI, HOLDER OF PILOT CERTIFICATE NO.592502900, LANDED AND TAXIED A CESSNA 411, N12WT, AT WILLISTON AIRPORT, WILLISTON, FLORIDA. MR.
