## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON 9/14/97 APPROXIMATELY 0755Z, MR. IVERSON WAS ASKED BY OMAHA TRACON ABOUT FUEL STATUS TO WHICH HE STATED APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES REMAINING. HE WAS THEN VECTORED TO HARLAN, IOWA AIRPORT, THEN TO OMAHA, NE EPPLEY AIRFIELD ILS. WHEN UNABLE TO SEE EITHER AIRPORT AND WITH NO VOR/ILS ON BOARD AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED BY TRACON AND HE WAS VECTORED TO NORTH OMAHA AIRPORT WHERE A LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
