## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AN A&P SUPERVISOR AND HIS GROUND CREW TAXIED A B-767 TO AN AIRSHOW STATIC AREA AND ATTEMPTED TO TURN THE AIRCRAFT AROUND. THE AIRCRAFT'S NOSEWHEEL DROPPED OFF THE EDGE OF THE TAXIWAY, AND BECAME LODGED IN THE MUD. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT. THE A&P SUPERVISOR DID NOT EXERCISE PROPER JUDGMENT IN DETERMINING NECESSARY PROCEDURES AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO SAFELY TAXI AN AIRCRAFT. THE MECHANIC OPERATED THIS AIRCRAFT CARELESSLY, ENDANGERING LIFE AND PROPERTY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
