## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: ON TAKEOFF ON RWY 11, AIRCRAFT ACCELERATED NORMALLY UNTIL AFTER THE 80 KIAS THERE WERE INDICATIONS THAT ONE OR BOTH RIGHT MAIN TIRES HAD BLOWN. ABORTED TAKEOFF WAS MADE WITH IDLE THRUST LEVERS, MAX BRAKING, SPOILERS EXT. AND REVERSERS DEPLOYED. LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT INTO GRASS AND CAME TO A STOP BACK ON THE RUNWAY AT THE INTERSECTION. ONE R/W LT. HIT. REPAIRS MADE TO AIRCRAFT AT PWM, A/C LG SWING AND TEST FLT. PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT FLOWN TO HOME BASE FOR FURTHER MAINT. AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
