NARRATIVE: A CESSNA, SERIAL NUMBER 337Z, N75AB DEPARTED CALIFORNIA CITY AIRPORT FOR HESPERIA, CA. ENROUTE FRONT ENGINE QUIT, PILOT MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING ON A DIRT ROAD BY HIGHWAY 395, 21 MILES NORTH OF KRAMER JUNCTION.
