## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE PILOT STATED THAT HE INADVERTENTLY ENTERED CLEVELAND CLASS B AIRSPACE, DUE TO HIS INATTENTIVENESS. WHEN HE REALIZED THAT HE HAD ENTERED CLE-CLASS B AIRSPACE. HE TRIED TO CALL CAK APPROACH CONTROL TO ADVISE THEM OF HIS MISTAKE. HE STATED THAT HE TRIED TO CALL CAK APPROACH BUT WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM ON THE FREQUENCY BECAUSE THEY (APPROACH CONTROL) WERE EXTREMELY BUSY. THE PILOT USED JUDGMENT AND POOR PRE-FLIGHT PLANNING ON THIS SHORT FLIGHT FROM BKL TO 15G (WADSWORTH SKYPARK).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
