## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AS REPORTED BY PIC. EXPERIENCED TOTAL IN-FLIGHT ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURE. COULD NOT COMMUNICATE PROBLEM TO DVT TOWER. ATTEMPTED TO LOWER GEAR MANUALLY, BUT EXPERIENCED STIFF/BINDING OPERATION, AND COULD NOT COMPLETELY LOWER GEAR. ENTERED DVT TRAFFIC PATTERN REMAINING CLEAR OF OTHER AIRCRAFT AND COMPLETED SEVERAL APPROACHES TO LAND WITH GO-AROUNDS WHILE CONTINUING TO WORK GEAR MANUALLY. EMERGENCY VEHICLES WERE DISPATCHED AND STANDING-BY. RECEIVED FLASHING GREEN-RED LIGHTS FROM TOWER AND COMPLETED SEVERAL MORE APPROACHES AND GO-AROUNDS. THEN DECIDED TO BELLY LAND THE AIRCRAFT WITH PARTIAL GEAR DOWN AND LANDED ON RUNWAY 25R. PERFORMED EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. PROPELLER STRUCK RUNWAY AND AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO A STOP. UNABLE TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF ELECTRICAL FAILURE AND WHY MANUAL EXTENSION WOULD NOT OPERATE PROPERLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
