## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: DURING LANDING ROLL-OUT AT MORAINE (I73), PILOT NOTICED RT. WING LOWERING MORE THAN NORMAL. PILOT INITIATED A GO-AROUND AND PROCEEDED WITH EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION, BUT COULD ONLY GET NOSE AND LT. MAIN GEAR SAFE LITES. PILOT STATED THAT HE HAD THREE GEAR SAFE LITES ON FIRST LANDING. PILOT ELECTED TO PROCEED TO DAYTON INTERNATIONAL (DAY) WHERE HE WOULD HAVE EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE. ON ROLL-OUT AFTER LANDING, RT. MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED AND AIRCRAFT SLID OFF RUNWAY. MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURY TO PILOTS OR PASSENGERS. P/N NAS-464P4-26 (BOLT) FAILED THAT ATTACHES THE PUSH-PULL ROD TO THE BELLCRANK. IT DIDN'T ALLOW THE OVER-CENTER ASSEMBLY TO LOCK THE RT. MAIN GEAR IN THE DOWN POSITION. THIS INCIDENT CONSIDERED CLOSED WITH SUBMISSION OF M & D REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
