As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND DAMAGE TO #4 ENGINE AFTER THE AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED. THE PILOT WAS SHOWN THE DAMAGE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ENGINE. APPARENTLY, #4 ENGINE CONTACTED THE RUNWAY DURING LANDING. THE DAMAGE CONSISTED OF SCRAPES AND DENTS TO THE LOWER AREAS OF THE #4 ENGINE PYLON AND #4 ENGINE. AIRCRAFT THREE (3) ENGINE FERRIED TO ATHENS, GREECE FOR #4 ENGINE CHANGE. A LETTER WAS WRITTEN TO THE GREECE, CAA APPRISING THEM OF THIS MATTER FOR THEIR INFORMATION AND ANY ACTION THEY DEEM APPROPRIATE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
