## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: THE CREW OF SOLUTIONS 214 CLIMBED THROUGH THE ASSIGNED ALTITUDE OF 17,000 FEET. THE CREW RECEIVED THIS ALTITUDE ASSIGNMENT FROM CLE ARTCC AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE ALTITUDE OF 17,000 FEET & WAS REPEATED TWICE TO THE CREW AND THE PILOTS REPEATED THE ALTITUDE ASSIGNED (17,000) TO CLE-ARTCC. THE CREW EXERCISED POOR CREW COORDINATION. BOTH PILOTS WERE INATTENTIVE TO FLIGHT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
