## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: PILOT STATED ON FINAL APPROACH WITH FULL FLAPS AT 65-70 MPH, WIND SPEED PICKED UP AND, IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP NOSE ALIGNED WITH RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED BELOW GLIDEPATH AND LANDED SHORT OF THE RUNWAY BLACKTOP. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A SNOW BANK, BENDING PROPELLER AND BREAKING OFF NOSE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST OFF LEFT SIDE OF RUNWAY. THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED, AND AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
