## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: DURING POWER-OFF STALL CHECKS, I SET THE FLAP HANDLE TO APPR AND THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED LEFT. I LOOKED OUTSIDE AND SAW THE RIGHT FLAP WAS FULL DOWN AND THE LEFT FLAP WAS AT THE APPROACH POSITION. THE FLAP MOTOR CB POPPED AND THERE WAS NO SMOKE NOR SMELL. I RESET THE CB AND MANAGED TO RETRACT THE FLAPS PARTIALLY. THE LEFT FLAP CAME FULL UP AND THE RIGHT FLAP STOPPED AT THE APPROACH POSITION. I THEN PULLED THE FLAP MOTOR CB, PERFORMED A STALL TO ASSESS CONTROLLABILITY AND RETURNED TO BEC. NO DIFFICULTIES DURING LANDING WERE ENCOUNTERED. NOTE: I CYCLED THE FLAPS UP-APPR-DOWN-UP BEFORE THE FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
