## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: AFTER TAKE OFF PILOT NOTICED LOW TORQUE AND HIGH ITT ON RIGHT ENGINE. AS ALTITUDE INCREASED, HE NOTICED A POP AND A FLASH FROM THAT ENGINE AND ELECTED TO SHUT IT DOWN. ENGINE WAS THEN BOROSCOPED AND BOTH BLEED VALVES REMOVED FOR EXAMINATION. A SMALL PIECE OF DEBRIS WAS FOUND IN THE OUTBOARD (HIGH PRESSURE) BLEED VALVE AIR JET. DEBRIS WAS REMOVED AND SENT FOR ANALYSIS. CLEANED BOTH BLEED VALVES AND INSTALLED. GROUND RUN AND OPS CHECK FOR POWER OUTPUT AND LEAKS OK. FLIGHT CHECK TO ALTITUDE. DO NOT KNOW ORIGIN OF DEBRIS. M OR D SEE ABOVE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
