## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

NARRATIVE: WHILE IN CRUISE @ 20,000 FT. IN THE VICINITY OF CHA THE PILOT, SHANE WOHLFERT, OBSERVED THE #2 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE GAGE READING ZERO. NO OTHER WARNINGS ACTIVATED. PILOT SHUTDOWN THE #2 ENGINE AS A PRECAUTION AND CONTACTED ATC IN CHA. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CFR WAS DISPATCHED. AIRCRAFT WAS TAKEN TO STAR AVIONICS FOR MAINTENANCE. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINED A BAD #2 OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
