## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AS REPORTED ON THE FAA FORM 8020-11, AT 1652UTC, A VEHICLE WAS OBSERVED ON RWY 27L TRAVELING EASTBOUND. THE VEHICLE TURNED LEFT AT TAXIWAY B AND CROSSED RUNWAY 27R AT B. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT IN RADIO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONTROL TOWER. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH THE OPERATOR OF THE VEHICLE FAILED, MR. LARRY BERLIN, MOIA, NORTH FIELD MANAGER, WHO WAS ON FREQUENCY, INTERCEPTED THE VEHICLE. THE OPERATOR WAS MR. LARRY GALLAGHER WHO IS EMPLOYED BY AIR GENERAL.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
