GEAR COLLAPSED DURING TAKEOFF ROLL AT THE POINT OF ROATION RESULTING IN THE NOSE STRIKING THE GROUND WITH SUBSEQUENT PROP STRIKES. AIRCRAFT BOUNCED OFF RUNWAY FORCING IT AIRBORN APPROX. 20-30 AGL. THEN SETTLED BACK ONTO RUNWAY WITH GEAR RETRACTED. INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT FOUND GEAR SELECTOR IN UP POSITION WILL INDICATOR SHOWING 2/3 UP.
