## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE PRACTICING FULL STALL LANDINGS (3 PRIOR) A GUST OF WIND FROM THE WEST PUSHED THE AIRCRAFT LEFT OFF THE CENTERLINE AND BEYOND THE EDGE OVER THE GRASS. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ADD FULL POWER THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED FARTHER WEST. EFFORTS TO LIFT OFF FAILED DUE TO TEMPERATURE AND INABILITY TO LOWER NOSE OF AIRCRAFT DUE TO LOW ATTITUDE OVER GROUND 10-15 FEET (EST) DECIDED TO LAND WITH AIRCRAFT UNDER CONTROL. ONCE ON GROUND PLANE CONTINUED FORWARD APPROS. 600-800 FT AND DURING ROLL OUT IMPACTED A CONSTRUCTION BARRIER ON OR NEAR THE TAXI-WAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
