## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23)THE STUDENT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT IN A LEFT CRAB. HE THEN ADDED FULL POWER, RIGHT AILERON AND RIGHT RUDDER. THE CFI BROUGHT THE FLAPS TO 10 DEGREES FROM FULL DOWN. THIS CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO BECOME AIRBRONE WITH THE FLAPS COMING UP. THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO MUSH STRIKING A FENCE. THE NOSE GEAR STRUCK A FENCE POST AND THE TOP STRAN OF THE FENCE WRAPPED AROUND THE LEFT MAIN GEAR FLIPPING THE AIRCRAFT OVER.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
