## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM TRINIDAD, COLORADO OPERATING UNDER TITLE 14 PART 135 CARGO OPERATIONS. DURING CLIMB OUT THE CREW NOTICED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. THE CREW THEN TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO LOWER AND RAISE THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WITHOUT SUCCESS AND EVETUALLY LOSS ALL HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. THE CREW ELECTED TO CIRCLE FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR TO BURN OFF FUEL AND LAND WITH GEAR IN THE PARTIALLY DOWN POSITION. THE GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LANDING AND THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FUSELAGE AND WINGS.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
