AIRCRAFT LANDED AT MMU WITH GEAR UP AIRPORT TOWER ADVISED PILOT GEAR WAS UP.  PILOT RESPONDED HE WAS COMMITTED TO LANDING.  DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT WAS MINOR.  ENGINE HAD POWER ON SUDDEN STOPPAGE, AND PROP HAD THREE BENT BLADES.
