## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER A TAKEOFF ROLL OF 4000', THE AIRCRAFT BECAME AIRBORNE. AFTER THE AIRCRAFT BECAME AIRBORNE, THE STALL WARNING HORN BEGAN SOUNDING UNTIL THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON THE MUDFLATS 2 MILES FROM THE AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT MAY HAVE BEEN 200 POUNDS OVER GROSS WEIGHT. THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE REVEALED NO PROBLEMS ON DISSASSEMBLY. THERE WAS A 25 POUND BAG OF LEAD LOCATED UNDER THE ENGINE AIR INTAKE. THERE WAS NO ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT LOGBOOK FOR THIS ALTERATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
