ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, HE WAS LANDING WITH A SLIGHT TAILWIND, AND JUST AS THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN, IT WAS HIT WITH A GUST OF WIND. AT THAT POINT, HE DECIDED TO MAKE A GO-AROUND, AND WHILE ATTEMPTING TO CLIMB OUT AT A RATE THAT WOULD CLEAR THE TREES AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY, THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND IMPACTED THE TERRAIN. (-23)PILOT ELECTED TO REJECT HIS LANDING AND DO A TOUCH AND GO, AFTER ENCOUNTERING WIND GUST JUST AS HE TOUCHED DOWN. AIRSTRIP IS LOCATED IN A VALLEY IN MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN.
