## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

MR. WALTER L. WILEY LEFT BRACKET AIRPORT, LAVERNE, CA IN ROUTE TO SAN BERNARDINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, SAN BERNARDINO, CA AT 6:30 A.M. TO PERFORM LANDINGS. MR. WILEY HAD PERFORNED THREE (3) LANDINGS TO A FULL STOP AND ON THE FOURTH MR. WILEY STATED HE FORGOT TO LOWER THE LANDING GEAR. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITH THE GEAR IN THE UP POSITION CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FUSELAGE, ENGINE AND PROPELLER. MR. WILEY WAS THE SOLE OCCUPANT AND DID NOT RECEIVE INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
