## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-5)NO ACTION PLANNED OR TAKEN ON THIS INCIDENT INVOLVING A CESSNA CITATION BRAVO, N834CB, STRIKING A HANGAR WALL DURING TAXI OPERATIONS AFTER ALLEGEDLY EXPERIENCING A BRAKE FAILURE. NO EVIDENCE TO INDICATE INAPPROPRIATE ACTION ON PART OF CREW, HOWEVER DURING TESTING CONDUCTED BY CESSNA EMPLOYEES A BRAKE SYSTEM MALFUNCTION COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS, MR. WENDELL CORNEIL, SENIOR AIRWORTHINESS ENGINEER AND MR. MIKE ENZ, ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER OF CESSNA AIRCRAFT CO., FAILED TO MAKE AVAILABLE ANY TESTS RESULTS TO THE WICHITA FSDO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
